Prince Aviation to participate in the Global Aerospace Summit 2014
April 2014 – Prince Aviation has once again been recognized as a regional leader in ts business and the representatives of the company are invited to join leaders of global aerospace industry at Global Aerospace Summit 2014 in Abu Dhabi which is organized by Mubadala Aerospace. The event will be opportunity for Prince Aviation to discuss the trends and future developments in aviation with the executives of the leading aerospace companies.
Prince Aviation receives approval for use of Electronic Flight Bags (EFB)
April 2014 – Prince Aviation received CAD (Serbian CAA) approval for use of Electronic Flight Bags (EFB) becoming first Serbian airline to gain such approval. Following the initial training and six months long monitored trial, Prince Aviation’s pilots will now use iPad to store airport and airway charts and related flight documentation instead of paper copies utilized so far.
Prince Aviation Maintenance Training Organization certified by EASA
March 2014 – Prince Aviation received EASA approval (EASA.147.0104) for its Maintenance Training Organization in accordance with Part 147. This certificate is extension of the currently held certificate issued by Serbian CAA in 2008.
Prince Aviation’s Maintenance Training Organization is certified for type rating training and is able to train aircraft technicians (both B1 and B2) for the following aircraft types:
Boeing 737-300/400/500
Boeing 737-600/700/800/900
Cessna 510 Citation Mustang
Cessna 560XL Citation XLS
Embraer 500 (Phenom 100)
Embraer 505 (Phenom 300)
Embraer 170/175
Embraer 190/195
